Belinda Ng

Belinda Ng joined SIM East Asia in 1977 and spent 12 years in Niger, upon returning to Singapore she was the Personnel Director for another 16 years. Currently, she handles Member Care and MK Education. She has two married sons and four granddaughters.

Member Care Equipping

According to the World Evangelical Alliance research on worker attrition and retention, member care plays a big part in keeping workers on the field. It is the ongoing preparation, equipping and empowering of workers for effective and sustainable life, ministry and work.
