Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end to end administrative support for missionary application process and missionary care

  • Journey and correspond with them in different stages of their missionary life and ministry

  • Arrange medical, doctrinal, and psychological assessments, immunization, etc.

  • Participate in the coordination and execution of the SIM Candidate Orientation Program

  • Manage assignment agreements and MOUs, and coordinate reviews with relevant parties.

  • Manage short term assignments and mission trips including handling placement enquiries, processing of applications, and providing guidance on orientation and training.

  • Prepare relevant reports for Committee meetings


Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or higher in relevant fields

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multi-tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English. Bilingual in English and Chinese would be an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Singapore Citizen or PR
